Who we are
ADPerformance ("we", "us") is a direct-response marketing studio. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit adperformance.net or contact us, and how we handle it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and equivalent regimes.
Data controller: ADPerformance. Contact: [email protected].
Data we collect
- Information you give us — name, email, and the content of any message you send through our contact form or by email.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, and referring page, collected automatically via standard web logs.
- Analytics data — aggregated, anonymous usage data (which pages you visit, how long you stay) if you have accepted analytics cookies.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and run client engagements.
- To keep the website secure, available, and free of abuse.
- To understand which content is useful, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use it to train AI models.
Legal basis (GDPR Article 6)
- Consent — for analytics cookies and marketing follow-ups. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — for security logging and replying to unsolicited enquiries you send us.
- Contract — for processing data needed to deliver work to clients.
Sharing & processors
We share personal data only with vetted processors that act on our instructions, under a written data-processing agreement. Typical categories:
- Web hosting and CDN providers
- Email and helpdesk providers
- Analytics providers (only if you have given consent)
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We will only disclose data to public authorities where required by law.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for 24 months unless they form part of an active engagement, in which case they are kept for as long as we have a contractual relationship plus seven years for tax and accounting reasons. Server logs are retained for 30 days.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with similar law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep the site running, plus optional analytics cookies if you consent. See the cookie policy for the full list and to manage your preferences.
